Plot

Hey kids, Douchebag here. I’ve been meaning to do a long chronicle of this for a while. I’m at the end of doing art for Logan Ridenbaugh’s show. Though I’m not exiting total involvement, I might still do a script or two for one of his videos if he offers. I might as well mention this for future artists and ‘review-a-boo’er’s sake. Today’s controversial swan dive into a lake of angry, protective ducks is a recollection of working with Logan and doing cards on his Hewy’s Animated Reviews series. (What’s the point of adding ‘Movies’ when he reviewed Groovenians and Little Engine and had lists involving TV shows?)
For those who are talking that Logan should step away from “the dark side” (Logan’s Adventures, ‘memes’, and shared Trainer-dom) before it’s too late, I think he only just hit rock bottom. He began slipping sometime ago already while doing Hewy’s Animated Reviews. Read this if you want to know how I stepped down from doing title cards for him.

I’m not gonna lie. I think I might wanna retire from riffing on Pooh’s Adventures. I mean, after the last Pooh’s Adventures, I think I seen it all. Yeah. New ones are coming out of the woodwork, but really, they’re just different paints on the same fence. It’s like if you watched five Let’s Plays of Slender, and then your best friend decides to show you another one. You tell him you’re tired of watching the same game being played but with different voices, but he tries to reason you to watch it by saying that “it comes with a reaction cam!”
The Let’s Play analogy is probably the cleverest thing I can come up with when presenting Pooh’s Adventures of Frogs, since that’s exactly what I think of when I see this: a Let’s Play. This is all captured on a camcorder. This is what I was trying to point out with the let’s play analogy. It feels like a camcorder LP. It feels so camcorder-like, that I was considering prefacing this with “this tape was found in the woods next to a bloody severed hand. What you’re about to see is real footage”.
