A surprise from Hewy Toonmore

I haven’t watched this all the way, but I did watch the beginning; It’s pretty much Logan admitting he regrets giving high ratings to films like Alpha and Omega, Astro Boy, A Christmas Carol (The one with Jim Carey) andHotel Transylvania. I have to admit, this is pretty mature of him to admit that he’s not a perfect reviewer.

Logan’s Update

“Wait. The wiki page is on a wiki that is against Pooh’s Adventures. But I don’t think that your adventures have anything to do with Pooh’s Adventures? I’m so confused here” -DavyScotttheman

“It doesn’t, but the haters don’t give a damn.” -Hewylewis

Logan has updated his journal entry deciding not to retire from the Adventures fad after he gave it some thought when his DeviantArt followers and other fans of Lionheart Fantasy encouraged him to ignore it and make more adventures on another channel(?) with Bryce Kanyon, his Adventures co-writer and his most trusted partner he’s ever worked with.

Also in the comments of his journal entry, it gives us some clues as to how the Heck No wiki got shut down as three fellow followers of him decided to report on it. It also might have helped Logan to reconsider.

PoohMod: So one follower makes adventures himself, another faves clop art and Pony Creator vore and another just draws lions with awkward colouring. Heh, it’s more hilarious than sad that my Wiki was taken down by these guys.

Logan retires from his adventures

The latest from Logan Ridenbaugh…

You know, for someone who has connections to people who normally find this stuff embarrassing had they have made it, he sure does keep cranking this stuff out regardless what others say. Not even thinking of possible repercussions from people who like his review show or people who take events that happened in history to mind.

While posting a comment mentioning Logan and his like of the Lionheart gang, I was brain-farting trying to remember movies he did fanfics of. So I went over to his DA page to double check and I found “BLaJ’s Adventures on the Hindenburg”.

THE HINDENBURG.

Tom and Jerry & The Wizard of Oz

This is the link to watch the Tom and Jerry and Wizard of Oz crossover that Logan “Hewy Toonmore” Ridenbaugh reviewed.

Personally, when I saw this, I didn’t like it, but I think TheForbiddenDouchebag said it best; this film is “somewhat less offensive” than Pooh’s Adventures. Like TheForbiddenDouchebag said (though TFD saw little of this) “the people behind it did at least get what the source materials were and how they used them. Instead of the ‘blind love’ we usually get from the people who make ‘the Adventures’. Even at it’s dumbest, it doesn’t look like it insults tragedies or groups of people or anything”, which is more than I can say for this! And like StarMan831 put it, the inserted characters in here do, at least, have character to them that isn’t just reaction shots.

But does that mean I think this movie is good? No. While the animation of the classic MGM cartoon characters is well-done, the backgrounds are very good and there are a few amusing scenes, this film is, for the most part, stupid and pointless. If you want to see a very good Tom and Jerry direct-to-DVD movie, definately check out the Sherlock Holmes one!

TheForbiddenDouchebag and StarMan831 pretty much say it best! I could just read this all day and never get tired of it!

Looky here...

It’s the review of the Tom and Jerry/ Wizard of Oz crossover by the Media Hunter and Hewy Toonmore (Really, Logan Ridenbaugh). Personally, this was review was good… up until the very end where it shows that Logan still prefers that Fantasy Films horse-shit to film that, while not good, is (to quote TheForbiddenDouchebag) “somewhat less offensive”.

Really? Then what are these: http://hewylewis.deviantart.com/gallery/40460365?

Ladies and Gentlemen, as we all know, Hewylewis had been going off the deep end for a quite  a while since those ForbiddenDoucheBag incidents, joining Benny the Clueless, and fapping to nonanthro. Well he seems to have gone even further down to this madness.

Hewylewis is one concerning deviant, making money from reviews and at the same time showing these kinds of interests which he prefers to keep away from YouTube. And that’s coming from me.

I hate to rag on Logan R. again. I really do, but…

I just wanted to bring up something I wanted to bring up for a long time now. Here’s another example of how glaringly obsessive he is:

Logan (Comment on NC’s editorial of TLTS): To be honest, Doug, I really miss the old Lola Bunny. I just can’t stand this new one. I miss the tomboy basketball player she used to be, not this ditzy airhead we have now.

Logan (commenting on Mr. Coat’s profile on Lola, under his Hewy Toonmore name): I hate the new Lola Bunny. I want the Old Lola back.

Okay, I have to agree with Sebastian Villegas when responded with this: “The New Lola fits the definition of Looney and for pete’s sake, the new Lola is a huge upgrade. You can’t look at Lola in Space Jam and say that’s a good character. She was created for the wrong reasons and she’s a blank slate so really, the writers of The New Looney Tunes Show barely had much to work with. So really, as I said; new Lola’s an upgrade.”

But wait; there’s more…

Logan (Commenting on Mr. Coat’s Lookback on Adventure Time): I wish Finn would get back together with PBB.

Look, I love the relationship between Finn and PB more than I love Finn and FP’s relationship, because of how complex Finn and PB’s are, but giving Finn a new love interest adds more development to his character and his relationship with Bubblegum and stuff like that is what made Adventure Time so wonderful, IMO.

In the end, I think TheForbiddenDouchebag says it best: If you act like that often, you don’t deserve what you want. Again, coming from a popular enough animation reviewer who thinks amateur crossovers are bad but loves Benny the Looney’s adventures.

Hewylewis y u do dis?: Love and Tolerance

How do you follow up Logan and the man behind “Orin is the brother of Mr. Conductor" preferring 'the Adventures’ to a somewhat less offensive Tom and Jerry / Wizard of Oz crossover? Well how about this? I heard about something that happened with him and Waymuu (Peter). I asked Peter about what happened and here’s what he’s had to say.

It happened a few weeks back. I was on my phone in school during a free period and had nothing better to do, and noticed Brandon (The Hardcore Kid) made a status about cartoons he didn’t like from today. Then, Logan and some of his fans were discussing in the comments about how MLP was a far superior show than whatever he was talking about. At the time, I haven’t stirred shit up in a while, so I left the harmless comment "MLP really isn’t a better show, though” then Logan flipped out at me. It’s pretty much the usual rabid brony argument a person would have, talking about how the show’s sub par and only appeals to a low denominator of people who are mostly autistic, then he flipped out and blocked me. After that, Brandon’s friends flipped out at me, and I think it had to be one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. Some dude named Sam (South Jersey Sam) was e-yelling at me because I made fun of Logan. I reminded him about the love and tolerance philosophy that all bronies fail to remember, and he said something along the lines of ‘I’VE HAD AN AWFUL DAY AT WORK AND THE LAST THING ON MY MIND RIGHT NOW IS LOVE AND TOLERANCE’ and then maybe some more swears and threats and such (I can’t find the original facebook post).

Here’s another example of how talented Logan Ridenbaugh is. Even if you don’t like his “memes”, this is pretty well done.

The best way to sum up how Hewylewis reacts when someone tells him his “memes” are not memes.

Or better yet, how Reese reacted to my video.
