WB, TCF and NLC are NOT selling the live-action TMNT films to Paramount.
Since when are The Weinstein Company and Warner Bros. selling “TMNT” to Paramount? I haven’t heard anything about any of the TMNT films being sold to Paramount.

No they won’t because Viacom/Paramount doesn’t own the TMNT movies as they are owned by Time Warner. Also, it’s not even 2014 yet!
My reaction when Miramax sold its entire film library to Lionsgate.
Paramount never owned DreamWorks Animation’s films, they (along with 20th Century Fox) only distributed them (DreamWorks Animation always owned their films).
“The Muppet Movie” (as well as “The Great Muppet Caper”) was always owned by The Jim Henson Company (ITC only distributed the film) until February 2004, when Disney bought the non-Sesame Street/Fraggle Rock Muppets characters and library (as well as the Bear in the Big Blue House franchise).
